Steve was outstanding from the time we went in to meet him until we pulled off the lot with our new car. We explained that we had just stopped by on our way to the BMW dealership because we were buying t him until we pulled off the lot with our new car. Meeting Steve was great because he made the experience fun and enjoyable. During the process of the car being ordered and delivered, Steve kept us in the loop on where it was and how far along they were in making it, etc. He had explained that he would provide us with updates along the way and he did just that. He was fair in pricing and was patient with us we made our decisions about the details we wanted in the car. It was a great experience and Steve would be someone I recommend going to see.
