These folks go out of their way to provide an exceptional service experience. They do whatever they can to make the service experience convenient from the call to schedule the appointment to picking up the service experience. The loaner cars are terrific because most (seem to) have at least Navigation which is so convenient. The cares are also clean. This particular visit I had some questions about how my A5 works, specifically, the gear box ratio. Yvonne immediately went in to the service area who came back with Pablo, who took the time to go for a ride with me in the car and to answer all of my questions. I used to absolutely HATE having to have my car serviced but those days are over! More

I had previously been dealing with an Audi dealership in northen Bergen County, New Jersey, but their customer service department seemed to have recently gone AWOL, so I vowed to no longer deal with them. My son's friend mentioned and raved about a recent car-leasing experience with Audi Meadowlands, and their Audi Brand Specialist, Steve Seigal in particular, so I gave Steve a call. And it was the best experience I've EVER had in my 40-plus years of car ownership and leasing. Steve Seigal is as fair minded and knowledgeable a profeesional businessman as I' have ever met, and I have met many. As a Senior Vice President of an investment firm, with over 30 years of experience in my industry, I've ecountered THOUSANDS of professionals in all walks of life. And Steve is right up there with the best of them. The ease with which he dealt with the sale of my A5 and the leasing of my new A6 was spectacular. And he's also just a great guy, and easy to work with. And the Audi Meadowlands dealership in general, was just as terriffic. The new car experience is not always entirely pleasant. Steve and Audi Meadowlands does make it entirely that way. It was nice to see someone who really loves what he does, and is great at it.
