My latest service, Josh Deardorff took care of my needs for the car. He kept me very informed while my vehicle was in for service and warranty repair. Even though it took a few days to wait for the parts, they never had a problem with me keeping their loaner vehicle for the extended amount of time my car was waiting for parts to come in. I would very much recommend their service department as I have had nothing but great service with them. I will continue to have my vehicle serviced and have warranty work done at Sun Motor Cars. No respect from sales representatives As a customer I was totally not happy the way how they talk about pricing on the Audi cars. I am an engineer and I know what I will pay. Sales rep did not like me challenging them and I asked to talk to the GM-sales. He was polite but no changes and always claims they are the best dealers. Sales managers get pissed off if I went to talk to other sales managers due to the fact I was not happy talking to him. The sales manger was rude and he said don't talk to others in the office and he said it is non-sense. I have replied back to him but bottom line customers at AAudi should never be treated that way. Be careful on the prices. They are high extreme. Review else where before you buy here.. don't go there and don't buy. THis is my friendly advise. More

Terrible Customer Service I have had my audi tt there for numerous issues. First couple of times they were great. The last three times it was horrible. While the car was in war I have had my audi tt there for numerous issues. First couple of times they were great. The last three times it was horrible. While the car was in warranty had issues with the top. They kept adjusting it until it was out of warranty. Then they said it needed a new part $1000 +. Audi made them replace at there cost. When you ask for someone in charge they tell you they are on vacation when they are not. I was just rear ended the body shop filled the car with putty put damage on wheel well that was not there before then threaten to turn me in for insurance fraud saying it was old damage. Still have not addressed all issues. The insurance co closed the claim because I drove it home. This company is a nightmare. This review is based on my opinion. More

Terrible Customer Service First I call to set up my service, the guy on the other line was rude. A couple days later when they have my car, I call to see what the update is, they haven't even looked at it yet. It has been sitting there for 5 hrs. End of the day come's, I receive no call from them to update me. I go to call them and there closed. I was supposed to get my car back the same day, that didn't happen. It would GREAT to have gotten an update on my car, what is wrong, when I will get it back, etc. Its really sucks that there the only Audi Dealer in the area. More
