We own 3 Audis, and the service absolutely plays a factor. Although I live in Cutler Bay I was trekking to Coral Gables. I gave Audi South a try and I’m glad I did. My original service advisor (Candida) was a gem and kept me coming back to Audi South. When I had an issue, the manager Ozzie stepped in and helped. I was worried, but my new service rep Danny is amazing. He’s patient, nice, explains things, and is just an awesome human. There’s a reason I’ll stick with Audi & Audi South when one of my leaders is up this year and it’s because the service team makes a difference. More
