It is very clear to me, just as a customer, that the management, especially the service management, at DCH Millburn Audi is very technically proficient. You feel like they are your own "pit crew" and they want to be sure that you are both safe on the road and that your car is working perfectly. It is always very clean and organized and I like how the service bays are in full view of customers. They give me absolute confidence that my car is getting the best care possible. Additionally, they make customers feel well-cared for as well. But other dealers are good at that, while in the meantime your car is out of sight and sometimes the repairs are done badly if at all. This has never been the case at DCH Millburn Audi. More
Had numerous problems with my vehicle after purchasing it from another dealer. After getting fed up, I brought it to DCH after reading the reviews on this site. They reassured me that they will find the problem and not to worry. Service rep called me back later in the day saying they reproduced the sound but could not isolate the source. Already feeling the burn from the other dealership, I initially felt a bit disappointed. The service rep assured me that they will find the problem but just needed more time. I obviously obliged and waited. The rep called me later the next day and told me that they found a major problem with the exhaust manifold, which was causing timing issues. They were shipping the parts in and will call me when the car is fixed. Meanwhile I explained other issues I have been having with the car, bluetooth incompatibilities etc. 2 days later, I received a call later saying that they replaced the exhaust but the shop foreman is now hearing noises from the timing chain. I stopped into the dealership and the service rep brought me to my car to explain the situation and show me the worn/defective parts. The fact that the service department didn't just fix my complaint and release the car is a true testament to their dedication to customer satisfaction. While I did not purchase my Audi from DCH and am unsure if I would purchase an Audi in the future due to the problems I have been having with the vehicle, the service I received from DCH is truly earning my respect back for Audi as a brand. Keep up the good work DCH. More
