I had a frustrating experience when I took my car in for a recall software update for the catalytic converter. The update damaged the control module, and it wasn’t discovered until after I started home and a recall software update for the catalytic converter. The update damaged the control module, and it wasn’t discovered until after I started home and an alert came on that there was a pre sensor malfunction. To their credit, when I returned they provided me with a loaner car while they tested to determine the cause of malfunction. My service advisor, Denny Dong, kept me abreast of the progress. It took several days, but the technician replaced the modular, and my car is running smoothly again. More
