After I made my appointment I received a call from their tire specialist Steven, who suggested a “less sporty tire that would last longer”, which made sense. During the entire process Roy made sure I was informed and understood what would be done that day. It all was fast, efficient, friendly and easy. My car is driving much smoother and the experience was a definite pleasure, as always. Every time I’m at this dealership I see customers treated with respect, friendliness and good service and then responding in kind. This alone would keep me coming back! More
