After Audi had my car for almost 2 weeks not everything was fixed, now I have to wait for the part to arrive and have it installed. Only one issue was fixed. The service was very good at Audi. Everyone was kind and courteous. But, I’m only giving a 4 star rating because when I took my car in for 7:00am appointment they were already out of loaners. Doing Enterpri courteous. But, I’m only giving a 4 star rating because when I took my car in for 7:00am appointment they were already out of loaners. Doing Enterprise rental wasn’t an option because they open @ 8:00am. I’m sure they were out of cars from the day before. I wish they would have texted me and had me reschedule instead of driving all the way there for nothing. I ended up coming back at 4:30pm that day and got a loaner. More
