We spent several months trying to find the 'right' Audi Cabriolet. When we did, it was at Mohegan Lake Audi, some 500 miles from our home in North Carolina. I am currently driving the 3rd car from Mohegan Lake Motors - 2 A-6 and now a Q-5. Alfonso in Sales has always taken care of me extremely well, Cathy makes sure I always have a convenient Service Appt Motors - 2 A-6 and now a Q-5. Alfonso in Sales has always taken care of me extremely well, Cathy makes sure I always have a convenient Service Appt and a Loaner and some laughs, and Diane and Scott take care of my Service needs and keep me informed. So far I have never had a problem with any vehicle beyond normal Servicing Appointments, Service is done well and I never have to return. They have all gone beyond the norm. I have also had some experience with the Parts Department - everyone there is always informed and helpful and not annoyed by a woman asking questions. I have locked myself out of the Q-5 in the A&P Parking Lot and they came and got me so i would not freeze to death and so I could contact a friend to come and get me into my house for the spare key - I had also locked my bag and phone in the car. The Owner actually speaks to you and thanks you for your business. He even approached me one day regarding a medical situation I have to offer assistance as his wife had a similar problem. He was gracious and extremely courteous, as well as caring and kind. He even refunded a service charge I had just before turning in my A-6 for the Q-5. When I came in to pickup my Q-5 he walked out of his Office and handed me a check refunding the entire charge. Now who can top that!! I actually enjoy going to Mohegan Lake Motors. It is nice to be assisted by people who like each other, their environment and their Employer. I have never had such a positive experience with any Car Dealership from Ford to Lincoln to Pontiac ever before. More

I don't have alot of experience with the Service operation, but we just purchased our 4th vehicle (2 Audi and 2 VW) outstanding VW/Audi dealership. I recently purchased a used 2008 special edition a4 from Mohegan Lake Audi. The whold experience was great. I found the vehicle that I purchased on Autotrader.com as well as other websites, and it was exactly what I was looking for. I had to drive over an hour away and across state lines(passing 6 or 7 other Audi Dealerships), but the customer service, price and availability of the car I was looking for was well worth it The price was a little more than I originally wanted to spend, but in terms of condition, quality and options in the vehicle (it was loaded), the price was more than fair. The only qualm that I have with the vehicle is that although it came with the I-Pod adapter, the adapter did not work. No sound would come out of the speakers while playing an I-pod. I later learned that the previous owner had taken out the sirius radio, which was the cause of the problem. I purchased and installed a new sirius radio, and the i-pod adapter worked again. I just wish that the dealer would have informed me of this problem. All in all, the buying experience was a plesant one, and Joe took good care of me and was always quick to respond to any questions that I had, even after I had signed the paperwork. I would recommend this dealer, and Joe Miscoscia to anyone looking for a new or used Audi, whether you live in the area or not. More

The car salesman I dealt with, Joe Miscoscia, was a straight shooting, honest, and friendly guy. He voluntarily replaced the original hood that was scratched with an unscratched one free of charge. The fees and maintenance charges seemed extremely reasonable. Got a great financing rate. Was blown away with my experience here. More
