I had a very pleasant buying experience buying my 2021 Audi Q5 at Mohegan Lake Audi. I initially went to Audi of Hawthorne in the end of January on a Saturday and had practically taken out my credit card Audi Q5 at Mohegan Lake Audi. I initially went to Audi of Hawthorne in the end of January on a Saturday and had practically taken out my credit card to put down a $2500 deposit but the moment I mentioned that I needed to pick the car up the following Saturday since with work etc. I could not get to my bank till Thursday to grab the title for my Audi A4 to trade the Sales Mgr insisted for the "deal" to close by Monday given the expiration of a $750 incentive. I told them in the end, I would the have to wait and left....I decided to drop by Mohegan and Jeff Shariff offered practically the same Q5 for slightly less with no hassle and was fine with waiting despite incentive - no pressure, no haggling....btw - Audi Hawthorne emailed after I had made the deal and offered an extra $1500 off which would have ended with a lower price for me but, I stuck with Mohegan since they were up front from the start ad what you would expect from an Audi dealership. I also had some interactions with Chelsea when Jeff was not in ad she also was excellent and responsive to my inquiries. More

I called many dealerships to find an s4 that had certain options and colors. I was happy to find Mohegan Lake Audi had the car I was looking for and at a fair price.
