Internet buyers beware, dealership post one price online then tries to slip cost in for certification even though the listing was for a certified vehicle. They also wasted my time by initially telling me they were willing to negotiate the price and then later in the process telling me it was a firm price in the quote. This was even after I explained that the initial audi rep assured me the vehicle had wiggle room in price after I told him I did not want to waste my time if they were not willing to negotiate. So, not only did they not honor their initial agreement to negotiate, they also attempted to charge more than the internet listing which is illegal in NY. More

This is a review for their service department. I brought my car in for to have winter tires mounted and balanced. Not only did I wait 4 and a half hours after making an appointment to wait at 9am, I brought my car in for to have winter tires mounted and balanced. Not only did I wait 4 and a half hours after making an appointment to wait at 9am, they overcharged me by $100 dollars from the original quoted price. Additionally, they returned my wheels on my brand new Audi S5 Sportback with scratches and gouges all along them. When called to complain, they offered me $100 off my next service. Not nearly enough to resolve the issue. Will never be returning. More
