We would have been happy to keep our seventh Audi for another year or so but to stimulate business Audi offered an incentive that we couldn’t resist and Mohegan Lake had the car that best suited our needs. We live in Connecticut and had searched Audi’s website for dealers in New England, eastern New York and northern New Jersey. We had been in self quarantine for almost seven weeks and were a bit apprehensive about venturing out but Anthony couldn’t have made the transaction any smoother. He answered all our questions and although physical distancing prevented us from sitting in the car and running through all the technical details like Bluetooth and syncing our garage door operator and such he provided a link to MyAudi with tutorials. More

We really appreciated the transparent way all conversation regarding the cost of a new car was handled by Anthony. He is open and honest, no smoke and mirrors here. Let me finish by saying that the service department is second to none. Mark Cohen, the Service Manager knows Audi better than anyone. He will make sure that any service or repair you need will be done correctly and in a timely fashion. I guess it all comes down to TRUST and we trust the staff at this dealership. More
