Wonderful Car Buying Experience I contacted the dealership after locating some cars online and was transferred to Alfonso Ruggiero who told me about the cars available and invited me I contacted the dealership after locating some cars online and was transferred to Alfonso Ruggiero who told me about the cars available and invited me to visit later that day. My wife and I met with him at the end of the day (he was kind enough to stay late). Alfonso was well prepared with the information about the cars. His style is consultative, not a salesman. He asked questions to help us understand which car was a better fit. Since it was raining he brought the cars inside and walked us around, continuing to ask us questions as well as answer all of our questions (many). He was always friendly, kind, and polite, and knew when it was the right time to give my wife and I some space to enjoy the cars, explore, and share our thoughts. We did take a test drive and he pointed out all of the features in the car and was clear on which features were in the model we drove that were not in the other model he showed us. He was interested in how we will use the car, how many miles, what type of driving, in order to help us determine whether we should purchase or lease a new car. We negotiated a fair price without any trouble and he did help arrange the financing to purchase the car and handled all of the paperwork with the insurance and registration.
