The transaction (with Jared Bell) was carried out entirely online (I live on Long Island). All I can say is that the pricing, status updates on the car's delivery, the trade-in quote and the trade-in/delivery process were all transparent, smooth and efficient. After driving for a couple of hours to pick up the car I was in and out in about 90 minutes. One thing I WILL say, I've been buying cars since 1971: BMWs, Mercedes, with an Acura and Audi thrown in here and there, and I've never met anyone more knowledgeable of the brand they sell than Jared. Maybe because he's relatively young and is into the technology, I don't know. My last six cars were BMWs and I always ended up knowing more about the car than the "BMW geniuses" who delivered them. In the case of Audi, however, I know of a number of people who complained that their sales person did not know how to set up Audi Connect properly; Jared, on the other hand, did it, correctly, before I even picked the car up. I mention that because I like to reward people who do the right thing. More
