I am a long time customer of Audi Naperville. We are picky buyers, I’m color & tech driven; my husband is more interested in the engine. That makes it a challenge to buy a new car. Amy Brooks was our sales person for our most recent purchase. She listened and zeroed in what we wanted. Her communication was relevant, timely and genuinely kind. When it was time to complete the transaction, all of the documents were in perfect order. It was impressive! There was no need for her to introduce me to people in the service department; Keith and Robyn have kept my previous car “just right” for 8 years. She did arrange an appointment with Dan Spero to address the new tech. A lot has happened in that department since 2013. Dan has been every bit as good communicating and helping me adjust to the new car as Amy was in finding it. When it is time to look for my next car I would definitely come back to Amy and am confident that she and Dan would make it happen. More

He clearly loves the products he sells but there was no pressure or pretense. And Dan Spero did an exceptional job helping us understand (and increase our excitement over) this lovely new vehicle we own. Mitch and Keith provided me excellent service on my Q7 yesterday. I didn’t expect a courtesy make up oil fill when the gauge showed low on oil. This is normal during the engine break in period. After running a diagnostic check, I was told that no erro I had a service visit on 4/26 to diagnose an issue with the MMI system on my 2014 Audi S4. After running a diagnostic check, I was told that no error codes were detected. Then I was told that I would need to replace the Infotainment control module. However, there would be no guarantee this would solve the issue. I'm very disappointed that I was charged $170 for a diagnostic test that failed to diagnose anything. Only to be told replacing a $4900 module might resolve the problem. Also, this module has an MSRP of $3691.42 on parts.audiusa.com. Is it common practice for dealerships to upcharge on parts? Is this the level of service to be expected from Audi Certified Technicians? Oh, it gets better. I sourced a new MMI unit with a J extension (as requested by the dealership). Fully functional, all modules functional in my car. Only thing withstanding, was the component pretention. What I got back was a unit that I couldn't even adjust the time, all nav, radio, media, car, etc, was non-functional. Then the unit died. Now they won't return my call,.. More
