Amy was so helpful from the start- showing me cars in store and online, going on a test drive with me, and explaining the many great features of the Q5, and finding just the right car for me, all without sales pressure. She even staying beyond close time to help answer all my questions and breakdown the costs of the particular car I chose. I came back several days later to purchase the car. Everyone who helped me in the process was so patient and nice. I am very happy with the Q5 and look forward to working with Continental Audi when I need service and repairs or need help with all the features in my new car. I took Audi Q3 certified 2019 Tango red from continental and Jake was so kind and fast with documentation to save my time as well, as I travelled from Novi, Michigan to Naperville, Illinois. The only regret and Jake was so kind and fast with documentation to save my time as well, as I travelled from Novi, Michigan to Naperville, Illinois. The only regret I had was, I had 716 as my credit score and I was given with 18% of loan interest stating there was only one bank that would give me this loan and I was totally unhappy with this and they told that it may take 2 weeks to get all the docs, as I'm willing to do refinance. I just want to bring it as I'm spending it from my pocket. Other than this, I'm totally happy & satisfied with the car and Jake's hospitality! I would highly recommend Jake to contact him for sales!
