Service above and beyond the ordinary While traveling from New York to home in Wisconsin, my son and I hit an enormous pot hole in Chicago land Sunday night and needed a new tire. Audi Ro While traveling from New York to home in Wisconsin, my son and I hit an enormous pot hole in Chicago land Sunday night and needed a new tire. Audi Roadside Assistance identified a dealer that would be open on Memorial Day and towed our car to Continental Audi of Naperville, while also giving us a ride. After staying in a nearby hotel, we showed up on Memorial Day as the sales floor opened. Of course the service department was not open, only sales, and we could not have a loaner to get home as we live in another state. While we were trying to sort our options, Eric the general manager offered to see if they had our tire in stock with the hopes of getting us back on the road right away the next morning. They had the tire. Next, Eric decided to call his service guys to see if anyone could come in. No, they were all occupied with their holiday activities. So—this part is all incredible—Eric, the general manager, jacks up my car, takes the damaged tire and rim off and drives it and the new tire down the street to the AAA shop to have the new tire put on. When Eric get's back, he puts the new tire on and test drives the car to assure himself that no other problem is apparent. He even washed the car! All of this is not just remarkable service above and beyond the ordinary, this is human kindness and compassion. Eric's interactions with us are an inspiration to do kind things for others, even if it means getting your hands dirty. Words really can't say thank you adequately, but thank you so much for getting us back on the road toward home. More

There was no pressure to settle for a different vehicle...they found what I wanted and gave me a fair price (in spite of extra effort they put in for the vehicle search). Although there are several Audi dealers closer to my home (Continental is over 40 miles from where I live), all warranty and non-warranty service has been done at Continental. Their friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient service staff work as team at every step every time. They all "walk the talk" and strive to ensure you feel your issues have been addressed and you've had a positive experience. If you need to leave your car with them, loaners and concierge service are no problem...another example of going the extra mile for their customers. Working with this dealership has been an excellent experience. More
