Continental Audi was very clean...ambiance is definitely a plus. The amount of time spent is adequate and I appreciate that they take the time to explain the optional warranties to have the optimum performance and enjoyable experience for the life of the vehicle. After deciding to buy a 2018 CPO Audi; Amy Brooks in Sales took care of me, and I had an excellent experience working with her. She found the car I wanted, updated me thru the process (but not too much) and made the overall process very enjoyable. I will continue to service (and buy) from the team at Continental Audi in the future! More

He was not pushy and listened to my needs. He provided service as I was buying a $100K car when in reality I was looking to buy a used car. He was very transparent and pointed out the good points as well as the not so good points of the vehicle I was interested in purchasing. I look forward to purchasing my next car from Eric and will definitely recommend Continental Audi to friends and family. More
Good old fashion customer service Recently I started having issues with my 2011 A4 Quattro Sedan on the way in to work... thankfully, it didn't leave me stranded on the freeway on the Recently I started having issues with my 2011 A4 Quattro Sedan on the way in to work... thankfully, it didn't leave me stranded on the freeway on the way in that day. I had the vehicle towed to the dealership and a few short hours later, I received a call with some not so great news. "It's the timing chain... initial estimate $7k to repair" As anyone can imagine, you don't expect these sort of surprises with high performance automobiles; strictly speaking about the failure. I called around to some local auto mechanic shops and they started tell me the stories about these sort of issues with the time chains on Audi's... and the tailspin of horrible thoughts just poured through my head. One of the shops suggested I call Audi customer service and ask about any current or previous class action law suites against Audi for this very failure. Customer service did what they do... provided a case number for my inquire and politely reminded me that, "no parts last forever", when I mentioned the chain should not have failed... understandably, with the old timing belts, but not a chain. They also then suggested I deal directly with the dealer as they were ready to do so... I could see it then, more bad news coming. I had explained to customer service that I've been a loyal Audi owner, having all the recommended service done in a timely manner... no reason for the timing chain to have failed. I contacted the dealer and spoke with the service manager (normally don't like to put people's name out, but I will for a very good reason and you'll see it when i'm done with the review). Dan Graebner, Service Manager... I spoke with Dan, expressed most of what I've written to this point and was emphatic about having all "recommended" services performed on the car to this point of my ownership. By the way, I had asked what the dealer would give me for the car in it's current condition... $2k; worth about $11k in driving condition. Dan asked if I could provide evidence of the services as they where not complete in Audi's system (why not... isn't it all about data these days). So, I went forth and started to track down previous documentation from other dealers who had serviced the car. Right of the bat, first dealer... don't have any information on servicing the car. They had been bought out and the database was lost... what??? They had my name in the system as being a customer there, but no service data; go figure. But they were nice enough to mention CarFax and their reporting system... best $34.00 I've ever spent. It had all my services in there and all that had been done to the car to this point. When I spoke with Dan next, he had already done the same on this end... he had a CarFax report as well... there were some questions that we went back and forth through and Dan then told me he would discuss with his team and corporate as he felt the chain should not have failed in this manner, given the service upkeep of the car. I appreciated Dan's diligence in this process as he kept me updated and informed on a regular basis. My car had been in the shop for a week and a half when Dan got involved. At the end of the 2nd week Dan called me and said that the team has discussed the issue, mentioned the loyalty on my behalf and upkeep on the car... and that the dealer was going to cover the cost of the repairs. :-) We've all heard the stories of poor customer service or lack there of, and or "customer service just isn't what it used to be". In this case... one person made a difference... Dan Graebner! I was so happy when he called and gave me the news... as if I'd known Dan all my life... calling him "Dan the Man"!!! Took a week to get parts in and make the repairs... at the end of the 3rd week, Dan called and let me know the car was ready. I went to the dealership and I knew for certain, I wanted to meet Dan and shake his hand... nothing special... just a good old fashion shake of the hand - expressing a wealth of gratitude. When I met Dan that day... I shook his hand, feeling a bit shocked up and truthfully, almost shedding a tear. I was glad to have met the person who exemplifies true customer service... going the extra mile and advocating on the customer's behalf... I can honestly say that I've never taken the time to write a review in the past, and actually mentioned to Dan that I would... referencing that people normally only have bad things to say when they want to share their experiences. First time Audi owner is now a lifetime owner Thanks to Dave Muys and Continental Audi of Naperville, my experience has eased my mind with my used car purchase of my Audi A4. After buying from an out of state dealer, just days later, i started to experience constant messages from my A4 to "add a quart of oil" every couple hundred miles driven. But i had just bought it, oh no ! I brought the A4 in to Continental Audi of Naperville and Dave knew exactly what my issue was, what steps/tests needed to be done. He eased my mind that he would "go to bat for me" because it was an Audi issue and that I should fall within the warranty that Audi had for my particular vehicle. He explained the situation and what i needed to do as part of the process. He took care of me and made sure i had a loaner vehicle each time the service department had my A4 so that I could keep on going with my life. Dave took care of me beginning to end. I really hope i don't have to bring my A4 back for another year, until it's time for an oil change. But if i have issues or wit any regular maintenance service, I know i'll be taken care of at Continental Audi of Naperville. They are a class act ! btw - my kids now want an Audi or hope to inherit mine because they love how mine drives and loved the A3 loaner that i had. More

We immediately drove down to take a look at this beautifully designed car. It did not disappoint in person or on the test track. Our sales associate, Mitch, was very approachable, personable, honest, and knowledgeable throughout the entire transaction. He addressed all of our questions and concerns. Viktor, who designed the car, was very supportive and excited about our purchase. You could tell he put a lot of time and heart into this design and proud to have someone love it as much as we did. Mitch has followed up with us in the weeks after the purchase to make sure we haven't had any questions. We couldn't be happier with the vehicle and exceptional team at Naperville. Mitch, our salesman did a great job of listening to my needs and after test driving both vehicles offered an alternative to consider. After an additional test drive, I purchased a vehicle I wasn't originally considering and am extremely happy with my decision. The paperwork was easily completed with Jason who explained everything in detail. It was an overall great experience. I highly recommend Continental Audi of Naperville and Mitch Massaro! More
