Well I had this mentality and the people at CONTINENTAL AUDI DEALERSHIP IN NAPERVILLE proved to me that they are an AMAZING CAR DEALERSHIP and they really do care about customer happiness. I have a very hard time trusting people and I should really have stuck to buying a New car so I didn’t have to worry about any headaches but I was stuck on a specific car that they had on their lot and went to go see it. Eric F our salesman was polite, friendly, and patient. He did not rush us into any decision and took his time with us. The process to buy the car I wanted went by very fast and they were able to work with my numbers and create a deal that worked out for me perfectly. The car I brought was someone’s trade-in and after leaving the lot I had some car issues that came up. Just when I thought I was going to suffer all the cost of repairs and cry myself a river the used car manager BRIAN B called me and arranged and paid for all the repairs needed as well as arranged a Loaner be dropped off to me while I waited for my car for a few days. His words “ our dealership prides ourselves in the cars we sell and making sure our customers are happy with their purchase “. He followed up with me in a timely manner and he was very respectful of my time and schedules. I could have written this post after I purchased my car in Nov 2017 but I waited just in case because I really don’t hand out good reviews easily and I wanted to see how everything played out with the repairs. In case your wondering …. To this day my car is driving like a champ and I drive over 60miles a day. Thanks to this dealership and how they take care of their customers I will never regret buying my car from here and I will go back when I’m ready to upgrade to one of those sexy New Audi cars that they have. More

Audi purchase Amy met me when I came into the dealership, but not in an aggressive "car sales person" attack. We spent time talking about what i wanted, she answer Amy met me when I came into the dealership, but not in an aggressive "car sales person" attack. We spent time talking about what i wanted, she answered my questions (in person and via email) and was just very pleasant to work with. When I came in for a scheduled meeting, and Amy was tied up with another customer, she made a point to come over and apologize and set me up with someone else to work with while she was busy. When I came in for the scheduled pick-up of the car, I was a little disappointed that the car wasn't ready yet, and I ended up waiting for nearly 45 minutes. I don't know whether this was Amy's responsibility or someone else at the dealership, but given the amount of time they had to get the car ready for pick-up, there really was no excuse for the delay. More
