However, I am not happy that in order to be taken care of (when the fault is on the dealer) I had to write a negative review. This should have been all resolved if the initial person on the call with me told my hey why not bring your car and we will take a look at other than telling me I the piece replaced has nothing to do with what is not working and I have to take an appointment. I am not going to thank and be grateful for fixing something that was your fault to begin with. This is regarding my service experience at this location. I setup a service for a recall on November 1st using the online system. At this point the system knows why I am coming in for service, it was scheduled to November 11th. (10 days heads up) Issue-1 On November 11th I dropped my car to the service station 10mins later a tech person came and told me that this is for a recall and they have to order the part. (hmm you already knew why I was coming why wasn't the part ordered, or gave me call and not waste my time). Told me that they will be ordering the part and will give me a call once the part is in. Issue-2 Never received a call from the service on November 28th gave them a call to follow up, the tech told me that the part is in and we scheduled an appointment for December 4th. I was driving and asked them if they can email it to me and this was never done had to call and confirm. Issue-3 Once again dropped my car for the recall issue, they told me that all is good got my car back left the service station. Came on and realized that my Start/Stop button on my A5 is no longer working!!! Called them immediately got voice mail and left them a message. I followed up in the morning and surprisingly they told me that the part they replaced has nothing to do with the start/stop and told me that I have to schedule an appointment! I am sorry Continental Audi of Naperville, but I don't believe in coincidences and it can sure be a human error where someone could have pulled a cable and disconnect something since this issue was not present until I dropped my car it is only normal for you to take an immediate action and take a look at the issue before telling me it is not your fault! Your service tech telling me I have to take an appointment and pay for that is just none sense! This is not even 1 star customer satisfaction. More

One time I had hub bearings replaced and drove home to find a xxxxxxx strap still tied around by a-arms and rubbing on the front drive shaft. This could have caused a lot of damage and I am lucky. They apologized and said they would make it up to me on next visit. They did nothing my next visit. Now I just had a service done on my S5 and again dismayed at the lack of professionalism. I complained about an oil leak and losing lots of oil in last couple thousand miles and had to fill up a couple times. They supposedly did the maintenance and added dye to find the leak. It would appear they did nothing because halfway home I get warnings out of oil again and 'service due' warnings. They sent me home with no oil and service warnings after I went in for SERVICE!!! More

Even upon entering the building, I was quite impressed by the layout, the showroom and the decor. More importantly, I could tell during my visit that the entire staff was very informed, professional and extremely courtesy. After the test drive on Continental's close-by test track, I knew that I had the vehicle in hand that I wanted. Mitch Massaro did a wonderful job in not only explaining the vehicle's highlights but also exuded a very high level of professionalism at all times. I'll also mention Jason Bulthuis. Jason also exhibited a very high level of professionalism and efficiency in quickly processing the paperwork which was appreciated. Both men are a credit to Continental. More
Five Stars for Rob Grignon! Rob is one of the best salesmen we have ever dealt with. We first had contact with Rob on-line and he was very prompt about answering every e-mail and Rob is one of the best salesmen we have ever dealt with. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle and took the time to show us the many features of the car we were interested in. His professionalism and his friendly personality made the whole process of purchasing our Audi A-6 a great and positive experience. Josh was also very professional and took good care of us in the finance department. We would highly recommend Continental Audi of Naperville. If we ever purchase another vehicle Continental Audi and Rob Grignon would be our first contacts. More

He was quick to pawn me off to someone else, after staring at my chest of course. This guy is a womanizer and shouldn't be allowed to deal with customers, especially females! I have no idea how he's been with Audi so long, clearly they don't know his true character, or perhaps they reward their inappropriate employees. How this guy with zero education and personal skills was promoted to "manager" is a complete mystery. If you run into Brian Bertuccioli, please turn around and run the other way, he is as classless as they come. Ended up getting what I needed elsewhere, where I wasn't objectified and ignored. This guy needs to go or go somewhere else. More

Mitch did some follow up and I am sure I would have gotten the same great service from him. Rob was outstanding, he was eager to help me find the car I was looking for, color, package, hitch... Rob showed me all the great things about Audi. This location has won my business because of the team. I had went to a location closer to my home and not one person greeted me, which almost made me not want to buy an Audi. Ended up test driving a few other cars but tried to give Continental Audi a chance and Rob's and the team at Continental won my business not just because of the car but because of them. Great work! I will tell everyone to go see Rob or Mitch for their next Audi. More

Most recently was looking for a S5 Cabriolet as a gift for the upcoming holidays. The recent hurricane in Houston was affecting the order timelines for new vehicles from Germany, so Mitch searched the US and found an optioned out S5 Cab that worked, struck a deal with the other dealership and had me signing the papers in under a week. Went in to sign, met with him and Josh.. was on my way in under an hour. Great Experience. THIS PLACE DOES IT RIGHT!! Period. And the service team is the best of class in the car business, every single one of the service advisors ROCK! Run, don't walk to buy your next car from Mitch and the team! More
