I take this situation very seriously and have counseled with Brian extensively on the matter. Our owner, Joel Weinberger, is involved as well. Brian is embarrassed and upset. I have also shared your review with my management team and will use it to educate the rest of our staff. Please let me know if there is anything I can do to make you feel better about our organization. Joel and I have addressed the situation with Brian and will continue to closely monitor his client interactions. Thank you for following up. It made me very uncomfortable considering it’s hard enough shopping in a mostly male dominated industry. I hope you make sure this type of degrading behavior is not tolerated by Brian or anyone else. Customer service should never involve unwelcomed sexual attention or objectification.

I appreciate your follow-up, but don't think "closely monitoring his client interactions" is much of a course of action. Furthermore, Brian feeling embarrassed and upset seems about right for someone who degrades and sexualizes women in their workplace. I felt even more embarrassed that someone in a retail location would act that way towards me. The fact that he didn't deny it and was embarrassed by his actions is further proof that he exhibited this type of behavior. It's disgusting. If you think I'll delete my review based on your course of action, you're mistaken. Asking me to do so, shows a lack of concern for his actions. As long as Brian is an employee of your organization, I will not delete my review. I don't want some other innocent person to feel victimized by this womanizing and inappropriate employee.
