I have bought a lot of cars and have been to a lot of different car dealerships in my lifetime but NOTHING can compare to my experience at Continental I have bought a lot of cars and have been to a lot of different car dealerships in my lifetime but NOTHING can compare to my experience at Continental Audi with Jeff Garvey. Buying a used vehicle can be a stressful and long process. Cars are never as described or will have hidden damages/repairs. When I arrived, the vehicle was waiting in front and was EXACTLY as described. This was one of the few dealerships that had a full detailed inspection report with each car and the only dealer I have ever been to that allowed me to test the car to it's max potential by using a dedicated test track. I left the dealership with zero doubts that I had bought a great and reliable car. Most importantly, I did not feel any pressure from Jeff/sales department to buy the car. He greeted me with enthusiasm and was very knowledgeable during the test drive. I would recommend anyone looking for a car to check this dealership out. They are the absolute best. I hope to do business with Continental again! More

Very happy with Mitch and my purchase experience. Mitch was great in explaining the vehicles features during our test drive of 2 different vehicles. It was very relaxed. Customer Service at its Best When I was younger, I would bring my car to the dealership for when it needed service and would always walk around looking at all the new cars while s When I was younger, I would bring my car to the dealership for when it needed service and would always walk around looking at all the new cars while saying that I would be back for my next car. About 5 years pass and here I bought my first car. I went from a 2006 Audi A4 to a 2016 Audi A4 and had my reservations about trading in my old car because of how great it was. I had first met with Joe about an S4 and felt that the meeting went great. I had left to think about things and returned on the weekend to meet with Jon. First looked at the S4 again and then after careful thought, decided that I needed something less expensive. When I brought this change of mind to Jon, he was completely understanding and helpful with working with me on what I wanted. From looking online of what they had to walking around the lot in freezing cold weather Jon helped every step of the way. Later that day, Jon helped me find the perfect car for me with all the features I wanted/needed and within my price range. He was very helpful, respectful, and knowledgeable of the cars and their features throughout the entire process. I said it about 5 years ago and I will continue to say it, I will be back for another Audi some day and I will be looking for Jon to introduce me to my next car. More
