Friendly people, no pressure atmosphere My wife and I went in to look at a certified pre-owned Audi A4. The Sales person we worked with, Jon Anderson was extremely friendly and helpful. It was a very comfortable experience with no added pressure to buy or decide quickly. We also talked with Brian and Eric from the management team for a very long time about the benefits of the pre-owned option. Both of them were very helpful, and patient, in answering all of our questions about both the process and what we could expect in the future. When we did decide to purchase the car, Jon did a great job making sure there were no surprises in the deal and walking us through all the details of the electronics and controls of the media system in the car. Overall we were very satisfied with the experience and will be going back when it is time to get my wife a new car. More
