We also talked with Brian and Eric from the management team for a very long time about the benefits of the pre-owned option. Both of them were very helpful, and patient, in answering all of our questions about both the process and what we could expect in the future. When we did decide to purchase the car, Jon did a great job making sure there were no surprises in the deal and walking us through all the details of the electronics and controls of the media system in the car. Overall we were very satisfied with the experience and will be going back when it is time to get my wife a new car. More

Just took delivery of my third Audi from Continental Audi Naperville is a little over two hours (and one state line) from me, but I keep going back. Why? Because I have not found an Audi dealership that does a better job of being fair, thorough, and easy to work with. My local dealership is only 10 minutes from my house, but I will gladly work with the people at Continental Audi and take a road trip when it's time to take delivery. While we were waiting for paperwork, Joe Ghandour was kind enough to give our seven-year-old son a tour of the R8 in the showroom. He didn't have to, but that's the kind of people you find there. Every experience has been great. I look forward to working with them again. More
