My wife (and her car) were up in northern Wisconsin and I needed to get to U of I ASAP to help my son with a health concern. On my way I stopped for gas and the release would not open. I was in a near panic. I drove to your dealership and pulled in the service entry and told them what was up. They both immediately got to the manual override and got it open. I then had the same problem when attempting to fill up on Sunday for the return home, and thanks to their tutelage I was able to get it open via the manual process they had showed me. I am very, very grateful to them both. You have a great team! More

RUDE! Just received a call back regarding a used car I'm interested in. He called ME and then told me he was too busy to go through the options with me.
