Jeff is knowledgable, flexible and patient as you figure out what the right choice is for your situation. And he is always great with any follow-up after the sale no matter what you need related to your new car. The service area at continental is also very strong. The turnover in the department seems very low which provides the team with a chance to get to know you and your car. No matter if it is routine maintenance or a major repair, they always explain the work, the options and charges. I can honestly say, I've never been surprised as everything is discussed up front. The team is also very nice and service is extremely prompt. More

The price we arrived at was more than fair and we arrived at that price in short order.
