I was treated more as a friend than a customer. I had an 2004 Audi A4 with over 100,000 miles and was experiencing some costly repairs. Kenny Fisher my service consultant suggested looking for a car I had an 2004 Audi A4 with over 100,000 miles and was experiencing some costly repairs. Kenny Fisher my service consultant suggested looking for a car with less miles instead of fixing the car. Kenny and I have talked over the years and knows about the medical bills associated with my handicapped wife. Kenny got Jason Bulthuis from finance involved and they located a used car with 33,000 miles on it. The car was a Toyota Camry and looked very clean. Kenny looked the car over and said it was in good shape. Jason also knew my financial position and went to work to make the payments meet my tight budget. Jason kept the payment within my tight budget and even found me an extended warranty I could afford. Continental Audi is blessed to have employees like Jason and Kenny. Also Kerry Cunningham made the delivery a pleasure. I hope management recognizes the quality of these employees. More

My salesman Boban spent a lot of time with me explaining all the features of the cars I was interested in while we did test drives. I never felt pressured or rushed. He was very knowledgeable about the car and went out of his way to find the car I wanted. After purchase he went over the features of the car with me and encouraged me to come back in a week or so with questions. I did my homework to know what a good price for the car would be and a fair trade in. They met my expectations on both and the purchase process was painless. In the past when I owned an Audi I was very pleased with the service department here as well. More
