This was a horrible experience that I did not expect to have by dealing with an "Authorized Audi Dealer." I saw the car listed online and called in and talked to Dough Wiersema. He was very helpful and quick with his responses. We came to an agreement with price and I came from Ohio to Chicago to pick the car up (I already wired them the money). When I got there, the car was not as described. It was described as having a sunroof, Xenon headlights, and premium sound. It did not have any of those options on the car. When I went to test drive the car, the check engine line was on. When I started the car, it made a loud noise for about 30 seconds then went away. I asked Doug to see what the issue was and he stated it was a "misfire and nothing to worry about." As a consumer looking to buy a car, I trusted what the "Audi Dealership" said. After paying the remaining balance, I went to go start the car again and leave. The same noise was there. This is when it was escalated to Steve LaGioia. He comes outside and says "oh its probably just water that got in the engine area when they washed the car." His solution was to start the car, turn it off, and repeat until the sound went away. However it did not go away. Trusting him that it was not a issue, I proceeded to purchase the car. I then took my car to a real dealership, VIN DEVERS AUTOHAUS OF SYLVANIA and they assessed the car. They told me that "BANK 1 and BANK 2 of the chain tensioner needed to be replaced." The cost for that to be replaced was $1378.**. I called and talked to Steve LaGioia. His response was, "you bought a used car with no warranty, you are on your own." After trying to get him to understand that they sold me a car that they knew had issues with, he become frustrated and was not respectful in anyway. I then responded to him "What do you think you are a tough guy for yelling." His response was "Ill come show you a tough guy." I did not appreciate being threatened by the guy who is supposed to be helping me. From the recommendation of my local Audi Dealer, I called AUDI USA Customer relations and reported him and that dealer. They then contacted CONTINENTAL AUDI OF NAPPERVILLE and after a couple days, they were able to get the dealership to pay $500.00. AUDI USA Customer Relations did not feel that this was sufficient and matched their $500.00 to help pay for the car. This was an overall horrible experience from the time I entered the dealership to the time I got my car repaired. I would not recommend anyone purchase a car from this dealership due to their lack of professionalism and respect for the consumer. More

Working with Doug Wiersema primarily and Scott Cramer was just amazing. Professional, knowledgeable, and GREAT follow-up... rating them a "5" is not enough! I just purchased an Audi A4, it was the first vehicle I have ever bought in the US. Audi has a program for professionals working temporarely in this country and even though I was assured by other places th have ever bought in the US. Audi has a program for professionals working temporarely in this country and even though I was assured by other places that I was not going to be able to lease a car due to my very limited credit History, Gonzalo with the help of the Sales Manager Jason, not only made this happen but they also made it so easy. It made me wonder if the other places even tried. The important part is that I am currently driving the best car I have ever had and it makes me look and feel good. I was heading out of town on Labor Day weekend and was on a tight timeframe with a child. I found a nail in my tire and couldn't afford to break down on a highway. I always count on the Audi dealership for service and was not disappointed this time either. They took me in right away and told me what my options would be depending on the location of the nail. They come over to me 2 times to give me a status update as they worked on the car. The dealership was very clean and had plenty of wonderful snacks and drinks if hungry. I had an opportunity to get my car washed also. My service tech went over the repair and had all fluids filled. I was happily on my way in about 40 minutes from a very busy service area. I will always trust my service to Continental Audi in Naperville. More

Would never recommend this dealer. We really were interested in looking into the Audi brand. We went in planning to spend around $50,000 for a car, but did not have anyone even greet or acknowledge interested in looking into the Audi brand. Pretty bad first impression for a "luxury car" dealer. Someone finally asked if we have been helped, funny since there were about 12 sales people standing around and congregating in offices or on showroom floor talking (not helping customers). Someone finally came over, but was not very happy to see us. Do not remember his name, and he never offered us a card. Briefly spoke to us and showed us a car on the lot, did not have keys for it so we had to look through the window. He did not offer for us to take the car for a drive or get in it. This was on a Thursday evening (7/21). On Saturday (7/23) we purchased an Infiniti M37. More
