Would never recommend this dealer. We really were interested in looking into the Audi brand. We went in planning to spend around $50,000 for a car, but did not have anyone even greet or acknowledge interested in looking into the Audi brand. Pretty bad first impression for a "luxury car" dealer. Someone finally asked if we have been helped, funny since there were about 12 sales people standing around and congregating in offices or on showroom floor talking (not helping customers). Someone finally came over, but was not very happy to see us. Do not remember his name, and he never offered us a card. Briefly spoke to us and showed us a car on the lot, did not have keys for it so we had to look through the window. He did not offer for us to take the car for a drive or get in it. This was on a Thursday evening (7/21). On Saturday (7/23) we purchased an Infiniti M37. More

Brian Bertucciolli was a pleasure to work with. He is very knowledgeable, friendly, and responsive. He provided just enough information and didn't try to oversell - he understood that we cam with specif very knowledgeable, friendly, and responsive. I bought a 2010 Subaru Forester from Continental Audi of Naperville and imported it into Canada. Continental Audi and Dan proved themselves trustworthy as I had to purchase the vehicle sight unseen and nee Naperville and imported it into Canada. Continental Audi and Dan proved themselves trustworthy as I had to purchase the vehicle sight unseen and needed assistance with preparing the vehicle for importation. Dan was most helpful in gathering the necessary paperwork and bringing the vehicle to a Subaru dealership to have the outstanding recalls completed. I would recommend Conintental Audi and Dan Clark to anyone wishing to purchase a vehicle. I might just do this again as it turned out to be a lot of fun! Thanks Dan! More

Dan Clark from Continental Audi of Naperville, IL, was a tremendous help in getting me into the third Audi I have purchased from Continental. Dan arranged a test drive for the vehicle I thought I would like (S4). While on the drive he familiarized me with all of the fine points of the car. When the drive was over, he was able to construct a deal for the new car that met my parameters for purchase. At the delivery, he spent an inordinate amount of time with me to be sure I would be able to get the most out of the car. He even came home with me to get my garage door openers programed from my car! And his service and attention doesn't stop at delivery as he is available to help keep me up and running. Thanks for a wonderful transition to my new Audi! More
After a lenghty selection process, and many test drives in differnt brands, I decided on an Audi Q5. I looked at 3 dealerships in the area and finally settled on Continental Audi in Naperville. To be fair to the other contenders, I live in Naperville and it seemed the most convenient choice. But having said that, I was very impressed with the dealership the moment I walked in the door. William Calderon, the Audi Brand Specialist I worked with, was extrememly helpful during the entire process. We did the longest test drive I ever have done. One could tell William took a lot of pride in his product, but he also wanted to ensure that I had ample time to appreciate the quality of the car in differnt settings (we used their test track and then did some city driving). The entire buying process was very professional. When I took delivery of the car, William was there again to help me learn the intricate MMI system. Since then I have gotten multiple e-mails and calls to ensure I was happy with my buying decison. Overal, this was a great car buying experience and I would highly recommend Continental Audi in Naperville. More
I scheduled a test drive with William Calderon for a Certified Pre-Owned Audi A4. On the morning of the test drive, I decided to verify the car was still available for sale before making the trip to the Certified Pre-Owned Audi A4. I was informed by William that they loaned the car out and wouldn’t be able to get it back for my scheduled appointment! He then told me that he’d definitely call me back before the end of the day to reschedule the test drive. Never heard from him that day. Three days later he contacted me to schedule a test drive. Sorry, William, not after the poor customer service. More

However, my recent Friday afternoon at Continental Audi in Naperville, IL defied all the stereotypes. The gentlemen with whom I spent the afternoon was William Calderon, an established yet unassuming Audi sales specialist. William understood and respected my desires and wasted no time in getting me on the test track behind the wheel of an Audi Q5, the vehicle that sits in my garage today. He spent several hours with me and my fiancee custom fitting our Audi to our every specification, and well past the normal store hours. I strongly urge you to go visit William and the rest of the team at Continental Audi in Naperville and be sure to take a test drive; for every test drive conducted, Continental Audi donates $20 towards the Autism Awareness movement. But I encourage you to check out all the other comparable luxury dealers as well, I sure did. I am confident that you will find that the product quality and service don't come close to Audi's. Your due diligence will only make buying an Audi from William and Continental Audi team that much more satisfying. With Audi there certainly is Truth in Engineering, but there is also Truth in Service as well. More
