As this car is in-demand and built for me the price was "list" and I did not have to go throughh the usual negotiation process the "price" factor in your evaluation is a neutral consideration. However, Viktor did arrange servicing for my current vehicle when I picked up the R8 which was done in a timely and professional manner. William did a great job of introducing us to the Q5 features including the MMI. We love our Q5. It drives like a car. We had leased an A4 several years ago. This car is as much fun to drive as that was. Jill is not a fan of large cars so we are especially pleased with the way the car handles. We have already driven to CA for a four week vacation. The car made the trip over ice and snow without one tire spin! We were the only car moving in Arkansas during an quick freeze. They do not plow, salt or sand the Interstate in Arkansas, but this was not a problem for us! We have had the Q5 in for service twice and have found everyone at Continental to be extremely friendly yet professional. More
