I hadn't decided which model I wanted and he was always available to answer all my questions regarding the attributes of each car. His professionalism was obvious as was his patience. I was about to order from the Audi factory and wait 3 months for delivery but saw that Audi of Nashua had the A4 trim I wanted with similar options in stock. Located out of state, I was able to connect quickly with the Audi sales team of Tyler Jones and Ryan LeBrun who were super responsive in getting a preliminary deal in place that made it worth my while to drive two hours to finalize the next day. I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived the next day and there were no games, unexpected add-ons, or after the fact negotiations on my trade - they were honest, respectful, and honestly seemed happy to get me into the car I was looking for without waiting another three months. Equally as impressive was the work of Eric in financing office - he had me in and out of finance with loan involved in 20 minutes. he handled out of state registration and all the paperwork was accurate and organized. Tyler was great communicating and having car prepared for orientation and pick-up. I even texted him a couple times after driving to ask about features and he was happy to help. This dealership is one of the better ones I've ever dealt with, I wish they were closer so I could bring in for service regularly. i can't recommend the dealership and Audi A4 enough based on my experience. Our Sales Representative Mike Rindo did s great job and helped secure a super deal on both cars and they were very fair with our trade-ins. We keep coming back because the experience is so positive. Also, the service follow up is great. They even come by to pick up our cars 20 miles away at home and work to provide us with a loaner car to use. They really understand what customer service is all about. I'd recommend them highly as a quality dealership and business that pays attention to all the details. More
