I went in to lease an Audi A5 Cabriolet. I knew what I wanted and already did 99% of my own legwork. They only had 1 and it was in the showroom. I was asked what my budget was and I told them that I was not ready to divulge that information, I just wanted straight up lease pricing on the MSRP of the vehicle. Easy enough, no haggling. I realized after I said that, the sales woman wrote me off. I saw a lease incentive on their website on the exact car I went in saying I wanted to lease, that they never mentioned. I sent a request to test drive through their website, after 24 hours of silence I called to set up a test drive. I was told that if the numbers given to me didn't fit my budget, they didn't want to take it out of the showroom. WOW! Again, back to budget. (Which I neither confirmed or denied that it did not fit in my budget at this point) She told me she'd see if she could get it out of the showroom that evening for me to test drive it and she would call me back to confirm. She called me back to inform me that the only A5 they had they trader that day to another dealership and they would not get anymore in. I told her I'd pursue another Audi dealership at that point. FYI to Audi. I make PLENTY of MONEY and have PERFECT CREDIT. Your loss. More
We went to the dealership with the intent of purchasing a Certified Pre-Owned car that we had discussed with Paula Brait. After the test drive, we shifted gears and decide to test drive a S4 as well. Mike Rindo, our sales specialist did not push us towards either purchase and gave us enough room to make our decision. In spite of being an avid car fan, Mike pointed out features that I was not completely aware of. Anthony worked with us to finalize the deal. The financing manager, Eric, was a pleasure to work with. He did not push any sales packages and was very efficient with the paperwork. In all, it took me about 15 minutes to purchase the car. While I waited for out of state registration, they setup an area for me to conduct business through the day. I highly recommend the dealership and would love go back and buy another car in future. Bought my car 2 years ago from Eric Lebrun in sales and finance manager Eric Kneidel. Eric Kneidel recently got involved in helping me with a service issue from an out of state Audi dealer. That said he helped fix the problem and this dealership has earned my trust and future business as a result. It is two years later and I am out of state over 6 hours away and they still are providing over and above customer service. I will purchase my next car with Audi of Nashua even though another highly rated Audi dealer is 10 miles away. You cannot beat the staff and prompt response on any issues that happen with any car purchase. I have never posted a written review before but the service has been so great and because of the trust that has been built this is the least I can do for them in telling those considering buying at this dealership to use this as an example of not only will they stand by you on the initial sale which is important the real difference is whether they will stand by you when and if something arrises 1 or 2 years down the road. I was told at my initial purchase and now believe Audi of Nashua will stand by you for the life of your ownership so that you can enjoy the car with the relief that Audi of Nashua will do what they can to make things right when things can go wrong and get you back to enjoying your car. My recent purchase was one of my best auto buying experiences ever. Over the past six months I did a large amount of research and spoke with many Audi enthusiasts to determine what I was looking for experiences ever. I was blown away by the level of knowledge that my salesman Wayne Smiley possessed on Audi's. Wayne was able to fill in lots of information on Audi's that I could not find myself. He took a great amount of time explaining the various options available in the Audi A4 models after asking me why I was looking at Audi's and how I planned to use the car (my expectations). Wayne had me test drive various A4's with different option packages until we found what truely excited me. From there the negotiations were hassle free and fast. I received a very good deal based on my research. I am very pleased with my purchase as the car fits me and I did not have to settle for less than I was expecting or desired for options on the vehicle. Wayne went over my car's features in detail during the sales process and again during the delivery of my vehicle. I have a complete understanding of what I have purchased and how to use all the many features. Wayne truely knows Audi's and their history if you are someone that really wants to hear what these cars can do and how Audi has continously improved their product year after year. I am looking forward to my relationship with Audi of Nashua for years to come. More
We have been purchasing vehicles for over 45 years. This was our first purchase at Nashua Audi. We originally contacted him by phone, based on a recommendation from a neighbor, indicating that we were interested in purchasing an Audi certified, previously owned A6. Several weeks later Shane called us about a low mileage A6 in extrordinary condition. We made an appointment with him to see the car. He was waiting at the door for us upon our arrival. Shane and the entire staff at the dealership, including sales manager Nick Dota, were extremely thorough in explaining the vehicle and answering all our questions. Price negiotations were straight forward and took less than 30 minutes. When we picked up the vehicle several days later Shane spent over an hour with us going over vehicle details and introduced us to staff in the service department. Dealing with Shane and Nashua Audi was a real pleasant experience. More

I had a very dissatisfying experience with this dealership. The people at this dealership appear to be incompetent and are not concerned about the customers experience and really did nothing to mak dealership. I gave this dealership a $1,000 deposit on 10/21/2011 to secure a Q5 for me and on 11/13/2011 they told me they could not find me a car and were willing to give me my money back. When we provided our deposit we were told they were going to re-configure one of their cars to the specifications we required. On November 4th 2011, the dealership informed us that they had modified the car incorrectly and not to our specifications, apparently an error by someone who has since left the dealership. They told us they would search for another car with the specifications we requested. They found one but it had additional options which they expected us to pay for, after some negotiation they agreed to cover the additional cost. They confirmed we were guaranteed to get this car, we asked numerous times to be sure. We visited the dealership on the 7th to get our car appraised for trade in and confirmed yet again that we were definitely going to get the car that was supposed to be coming in the week of Nov 21st. Then on Nov 12th a week before the care was due to arrive, they called us and informed us the other dealership had sold the car. I can only assume they were lying to us when they told us the car was definitely ours or the other dealership was lying to them. At that point we inquired as to whether they could guarantee our trade in value if another car was not going to be available for 2 more months since our car was depreciating each month when if we had gone to a competent dealership we could have had a car by Dec instead of Feb. The General Manager of sales informed me there was nothing else they could do for us and would be happy to refund our money. They didn't even try to suggest any alternative options or other Q5 configurations. This dealership was holding my money for a month with the agreement they would deliver a car to me in Dec and now I have wasted time and will have to wait an additional 2 months before I can get a car at another dealership during which time my car will continue to depreciate so I will financially lose out due to the incompetence of this dealership. I am extremely upset and disappointed in my experience with this dealership and I would not recommend them or advise anyone to work with them. I will certainly never do business with them again. More

From my first contact with Audi of Nashua through email, everyone I was in contact with was professional and knowledgeable. I was interested in an Audi A5 Convertible and went in for a test drive arranged t everyone I was in contact with was professional and knowledgeable. I was interested in an Audi A5 Convertible and went in for a test drive arranged through Paula. When we arrived for the test drive, we were greeted by Drew and Shane. After test driving it, I knew this was the model I wanted. After some research and negotiations, I worked with Shane and Nick to come up with a price that we both would be satisfied with. I was able to get the extended warranty and Audi Care that other dealerships were unable to offer (for whatever reason). It was a win /win. Shane couldn't have made things easier. He is very easy to work with and prompt with getting answers to my questions. I usually keep my cars for 10+ years and hope I am as happy then as I am right now with my new Audi. I highly recommend Audi of Nashua to anyone who is looking for a dealership that appreciates your business and has a professional/knowledgeable staff. More
I had an excellent experience with Audi of Nashua. I have bought roughly 10 cars through other dealers so far, and this experience was up there with the best, if not the best. Shane, my salesman was excellent from start to finish. He came in on his day off to deliver and explain the vehicle, and after hours, when Shane could not be there, both Nick and James treated me like I was their own customer. Great environment. I really trusted them and when we negotiated to points they couldn't afford to meet, I believed them completely and everyone is very happy. While taking delivery, I had mentioned where I was going for lunch, a restaurant a good few miles away, and 10 minutes after I ordered, Shane drives up with the garage remote I had left in my trade car. He certainly didn't have to do that, and it was greatly appreciated. More
