I am a repeat customer - 5 Audi vehicles in all - and one of the reasons is the quality of the brand and the service life of the autos. The model and options that I wanted were not readily available, but Au of the reasons is the quality of the brand and the service life of the autos. Not the lowest cost, but everything has always been done on time, and never have I had to return to re-do any service work. I arrived Sunday with a couple cars in mind. Nick introduced me to Jamie (the Q7 specialist) who quickly helped me narrow my options to 1 specific car. I already had and payment range in mind. I told Jamie what it was and we worked it out. Nick did my trade-in assessment and his number was within $500 of what I had worked it out to be. I got an honest fair trade on my Suburban, and honest and fair sale price for a 2007 Q7 Premium. Couldn't be happier with my experience at Audi of Nashua. What's even better... My wife loves her CPO Audi Q7. She calls it her "Dream Car." More

The Hummer H2 was as described and I had no issues with the trade. In fact, they went above and beyond, changing tires, at my request, at no charge. I orignally went into the showroom with the intention of just looking at an A5 since we have 3 Audis in our family. We were also fortunate enough to deal with the General Manager, who helped locate exactly the car that I wanted. While it was still under warrantee Audi of Nashua diagnosed a serious problem with the transmission of my 2005 Audi A6. They were able to secure a replacement transmission from Germany and installed diagnosed a serious problem with the transmission of my 2005 Audi A6. They also provided a loaner vehicle for the weeks it took to obtain the new transmission. The above is, itself, enough to justify this entry. However, I wanted to single out Derek Couture. From the original service event through several subsequent ones, Mr. Couture was courteous and competent, and provided an extraordinarily high level of customer service. Further, Mr. Couture and your dealership really extended themselves to accommodate my schedule and to compensate for the long repair time. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership and its Service Department to other customers. More

I was very happy with the service at Audi Nashua. Everyone was friendly and the negotiations were very straight forward. Once we agreed on a price everything was easy.
