Great experience stayed with me until everythin was perfect I have bought quite a few cars over the past several years, inevitably something is missing, needs to adjusted, or is simply not to my satisfaction. I I have bought quite a few cars over the past several years, inevitably something is missing, needs to adjusted, or is simply not to my satisfaction. In the past when I had gone back to the dealership they have always said "Sold AS IS sorry.." in this particular experience the windshield needed to be replaced and through no fault of the dealership the scheduling became a real challenge. Travis stayed with me through the whole process answering texts and calls at night and on weekends until the work was complete. I will without a doubt be buying my next car from this dealership and specifically from Travis. Not sure who reads these, if anyone, but if there is anyone from the dealership reading this that has say over Travis compensation you should re-evaluate it and consider an increase, he has sold one car to me already and will be selling me more. To any perspective buyers, work with Travis it's a easy process and you will be taken care of. More

Sold car while I drove 2 hours and made appointment to see I found a car that I was interested in, and contacted the dealership to view it. It was not available yet so I asked the salesperson, Kaitlyn to let I found a car that I was interested in, and contacted the dealership to view it. It was not available yet so I asked the salesperson, Kaitlyn to let me know when it was available to view. She did, and I dropped everything to come view it. I live two hours away, and made an appointment with her to come view it. When I was 5 minutes away from the dealership she called and said it had just sold. She offered to compensate my gas and said she would call the next day to arrange. She never called. I left a message for the sales manager, who also never followed up. Update—I did reach out to Larry and never received a response. They had no intention of trying to make anything right. More

Also...I needed to get a part that I didn't receive at purchase time but the owner, Larry Bedell, did all he could to make this right. He treated me the way anyone would expect to be treated at a high end car dealership: with respect and quick resolution. I now have a different opinion of this dealership that would now have me at least consider buying from then again.....which is a BIG step up from my NEVER buying from them again and telling others not to. Good job Larry. We found a nice Audi...we drove 3+ hours to get to this dealership....they had a fair price on the car....they offered a fair price for our trade-in....and the experience with our salesperson, Patrick Holland was fine too. Then we had to go through the dreaded "finance department meeting" before we could leave with our car. My wife and I have bought many luxury cars...mostly LEXUS...and not once have we ever have to sit through such a horrible experience as we did here. The pressure tactics for buying those useless, over-priced add-ons had our heads spinning. The two guys would not let up...tag teaming to get us to buy things we DID NOT WANT.....and they never gave up. Very unprofessional....at one point we thought it was some warped joke and that Candid Camera was filming this spectacle. There's NO way someone buying such a sophisticated/pricey car like this should have to go through an hour of this torture! We felt like we were sitting in a Jeep or Chrysler dealership (where this xx is expected)....NOT a luxury Audi dealership. And that's sad....because we were happy with everything at this dealership up to when the torture started. They insulted our intelligence and badgered us with their pitches to the point that, unless there's a BIG change at this dealership, we will NEVER buy from them again...and we have told many people how bad this experience was. More
I came in for an appointment to test drive an A3 on a Sunday for a special sales event the dealer was having. It was busy, but Travis took great care of me. I was very nervous because this was my first vehicle purchase at a dealer, let alone a brand new model. Travis made sure I felt comfortable the whole time, he let my boyfriend and I take our time on my test drive, answered all my silly questions, got me a great price,and also made me feel no pressure at all. The finance department was just as accommodating. I left with the car I’ve always wanted. We will be back to this dealer for our next vehicle purchase for sure! More
