I sat down with Brad and talked to him about what I was looking to get out of my next car. He listened carefully and asked many follow-up questions making sure he knew everything he could about what my ideal car would be. We narrowed down the search to a few different options and Brad made sure to walk me through each of the cars and offered me a test drive on all of them. Over the next few days I had even more questions for Brad, which he always was very responsive and knowledgeable in answering. Throughout the entire process I never once felt like I was being "sold". Everything was catered to our original conversation about what I wanted out of my next car, making this buying experience a great one. I ultimately decided to go with a newer model than originally planned and I couldn't be happier with my decision. Thank You! More

After nailing down the A3 was for me he was further willing to go out of his way to find the exact used model that had everything I wanted. This includes viewing several more cars and also included finding one that had just arrived and was still being cleaned. It was a perfect fit. Great car value and selection but poor customer service I am very happy with my used A3. I felt it was a good deal for such a low mileage car. I was satisfied with my trade in value as well. Jason was professional and attentive. He was new to the business but fully disclosed this from the beginning. I was disappointed after the purchase to realize that the car had only one key. I was offered a replacement at a discounted price of $425. This was a little unsettling so I contacted Travis from management. I didn't hear back from him for a week until I finally tagged the senior manager in the message. Larry mistakingly responded to me saying "be the hero and give him what he wants " as this was a "hotbutton issue". I was provided a key at no charge. Larry apologized, but it was an unpleasant experience. It felt as if good customer service stops here after the check is received and the car drives off the lot. More
