Horrible experience, shady sales I went to buy a 2016 accord. First day I put down money, told them the payment I was looking for and that the tires on the rear had to be replaced. They were ok no prolbem. 2 weeks later after being ignored for a week and a half, they called with an interest rate that was not acceptable. I told them that, they said they had other interested parties, and I said ok, refund my deposit, thanks. 30 minutes later got a call back saying they would get the interest rate/payments where I wanted. They also were giveing me well below trade in value of my car but set that up then had us come up to the dealership friday. (3 days later) they didnt have the financial paperwork and didn't even have the finance dept talk to me, then told me it would be 2-3 more business days to get the title cleared (has been on their lot 2 months). This week, told to come by on wed (31st of oct) on halloween, let them know i was to trick or treat with my niece/nephew so needed to be out fairly quick. Got there at 5:15 - sat almost a full hour before the finance folks even started asking me questions, they had multiple errors on the purchase and sale - didnt have my full deposit listed, didnt have the right trade in numbers and wrong monthly payment. Sooo anyways all that fixed and before leaving they stated clearly that I could come up the next evening to pick it up. My spouse and I both asked "are the tires done" and we were told "It was taken care of" - 9:45 today get a call that we wont be able to pick it up till the following day as they had to order the tires and they would not be in till that morning. They lie, repeatedly, dont communicate with each other, dont follow through on what they say unless you point it out and definitely dont have your best interest in mind. If it wasnt for the decent deal on the car would have just walked away. More

He was informative and was able to juggle questions from other clients at the same time. He is a great asset to the team. Austin was also great. Not pushy whatsoever and was able to give me his sales pitch for the various protective services. More
