I did tons of research beforehand on Audi's CPO policies, what is included, warranties, safety nets, etc. However almost all of my anxiety subsided when dealing with James. It was obvious his goal was total transparency and anxiety-free discussion, an making sure I walked out of the dealership feeling good and having exactly what I wanted and my concerns clarified. He even helped me a lot to relax during my first car purchase with some excellent advice. It was a very pleasant experience at Audi Nashua. I had gone through several other Audi dealerships prior, very dissatisfied with their sales teams and communication when looking for other vehicles before I purchased this one. I am very confident I will be happy returning to this dealership in the future and to James. We came in on a Saturday and spent a couple hours with him and came back on Sunday and spent five more hours debating whether, after 12 years of pining over the A5 cabriolet, we should buy it. James was patient with us, very honest and never pressured us. In fact, he allowed us to take the car out for a couple hours to go have lunch and really think it over. We decided to buy a beautiful brand new 2018 A5 Cabriolet and have had absolutely no buyers remorse. James checked in with us right away after purchasing and was very prompt and thorough on answering all my questions. I met up with James for the second delivery and we had a great time going over the car once again. James has continued to check in with us giving us his personal cell number to make sure we are still happy with the car even though it's been over three weeks since we purchased it.
