"Stay Away From This Dealership"

- Pissed Off Customer

As a small business owner I am appalled by the customer service I have experienced with Audi of Nashua service department. They ILLEGALLY charged me for a “diagnosis” of my vehicle. The diagnosis was “well it could be this problem, or could also be this but we need to look into it more. They did not mention ANY diagnosis charge until I had to pickup my vehicle and then they charged me over $140. They were blatantly rude and the service advisor I delt with needs serious customer service training. I expect corporate to contact me to right this wrong. I am baffled by the disrespect and will NEVER return to this dealership.

"Great Service"

We own and lease 4 Audi's and all the service needs have been through Audi of Nashua. Their service department is excellent and issues are resolved the first time 99% of the time. I want out call out Mark Desjardins as the best service manager I have ever dealt with, and being 63, that is a lot of dealerships and service managers. Mark stands out far above them all. He is people oriented, very respectful and always on top your vehicles issues and gets them resolved. I highly recommend contacting Mark when you need service.

"Impressive!"

I made an appointment to have a warning light checked and to ask some questions because my Audi A3 lease was up in October. Danielle, whom I spoke with on the phone, was very helpful and introduced me to Travis. He actually had me out the door that day with my next Audi A3! It wasn't my intention, but Travis's knowledge and expertise along with Eric's financial efficiency made the transfer that day extremely easy, especially since I was registering it in New York state. what a fantastic experience I had while working with Shalini Gupta. When I first started my conversation with her, she was prompt and diligent in delivering, serving and guiding me through out the process of buying an extended warranty. Her professional behavior was exceptional and polite at the same-time. Honestly I was a little worried about my options but she did helped in selecting and making a good choice. Her dedication to her job, catering needs to the customer was something to learn from. Her attitude completely changed the atmosphere I was in and changed for the better for sure. "Danielle in Audi Service Saves Christmas!...well, sort of."

Last week (three days before Christmas), I was about to leave to pick up my daughter at college and while cleaning the windshield (far too aggressively I'm sure) I smacked the rear view mirror casing of my Q5 hard enough that it came down and was now just dangling from the windshield. There was no choice but to head to the dealership and hope for the best. I pulled up to a very crowded service entrance at the dealership, thinking there is no way they'll have time to help me out without an appt.. I walked in and explained my situation to Danielle, a service representative, and she took my keys, came back 10 mins later and said, you're all set! Yes, I made it to pick up my daughter at college..all thanks to Danielle. She not only had someone fix the mirror, but she did it with a big smile and friendly attitude...what a pleasure. Only my second experience with this dealership, but I am even more convinced I made the right choice about where to get my Audi serviced. Thanks again Danielle! Rick Smith

"My trip to Audi land."

I owned a 2007 Audi A3, and loved that car, but for some reason, lately, it kept getting run into. After the last time, with it all fixed up etc. I brought it to the Audi dealership to see what other things, beside a timing chain, it needed. I had a feeling the cost was going to out weight the possibility of getting a new one, Patrick Holland, worked with me extensively , and provided me with the patience I needed to make the right choice, in case I sprung for a new car, which is what I ended up doing. He worked with me, so I would understand how to use all the new technology in my new all road, which I differently needed. I always say, 90% of the sale is presentation. I always feel comfortable calling him and asking about things on the car, and can he take the time to walk me through something. I would highly recommend Patrick and the Audi of Nashua Dealership!

"Audi Q7"

I bought a new Audi Q7 in 2008 from this dealer, and have since dealt with many, many issues with this car. My experience the past seven years has given me a negative impression of both Audi as well as the customer service of this dealership. Within six months of buying my new Audi Q7, the engine exploded in the gas station. Additional problems accumulated, including malfunction of the driver seat door. Most recently, my windshield wiper stopped working. I went to the dealer to fix this problem about a year ago, and paid $704 for the replacement of several parts. Unfortunately, this did not solve the problem. The windshield wiper continued to exhibit erratic behavior just a few weeks later. With winter coming, I finally found time to take this car to the dealer again. After examining the windshield wipers, they told me we needed to replace the same parts they had replaced a year ago. Because I was a mere EIGHTEEN DAYS past warranty, I had to pay again for new parts – this time $800. The never-ending onslaught of problems with this car has left me extremely frustrated. I am frustrated at Audi and have lost confidence in the quality of their cars. I am also frustrated with the dealership and their customer service, particularly with their handling of the windshield wiper issue. I would strongly advise customers to rethink their purchase.

"Great experience! "

We came to Audi of Nashua to change a light bulb and we ended up with a NEW AudiQ7 supercharged!! And it was all thanks to LISA BENOIT, the best dealer I have met. Lisa is upbeat, very knowledgeable, just gave us the information about the best features the cars had. We were choosing between Q5, A7 and Q7supercharged. Q7 was a winner! I was very amazed with the seamless sale and my new Q7 was hand delivered to my house by my favorite dealer!! I have been telling all my colleges about my new car and your dealership! I also have to mention Ryan LeBrun who finalized the deal. "Service"

I called Audi in the beginning of December asking for my car to be seen due to grinding brakes. I received a call back from Service stating that "everyone is calling" and it is "normal" to hear squeaking when the weather gets cold. We were having warmer weather at the time, and I replied that the brakes weren't squeaking, they were grinding. After much back and forth, she told me to "run it through a car wash" and if it was still making noise, drop by for someone to ride with me around the block to see if it needed service. I had just had a baby and was on maternity leave so I had my husband take the car for a car wash the following week. Still grinding. We used his car mostly for the holidays and then I had him call since I had a difficult go around the first time. My husband called and had the same experience. Service now said they "don't do" drive arounds to determine if service is needed (mind you he spoke to the same person I did) and that my brakes didn't need service because there was no indication they would need service at my 35000 mile service check up. Luckily my service light came on for my 45000 mile service so I had to take my car in. I told the woman I spoke to that time that I wanted my brakes looked at as well. They couldn't get me in with a loaner car until the following week. I then get a call from Audi telling me not only do I need back brakes and rotors, but front one's too. I was driving myself and my 4 month old daughter around on shot brakes for nearly two months and was brushed off by service twice. Now I have to pay 1700 for my brakes to be serviced, when I likely wouldn't have nearly as much damage if I wasn't driving around for two months further running my brakes into the ground. I really hope that this review gets looked at, as no one should have to go through an experience like that. In hindsight, I should have escalated after the first call, definitely after the second, and absolutely after having to pay for the brakes with only a 160 dollar discount. Honestly Audi-it's almost insulting. I also needed to have three tires replaced. I have only had my car a year and seven months and paid good money for it. I'm so disappointed in the service, or lack thereof, that I received and wish I chose a different brand car. So disappointing.
