I phoned in because my front-passenger seat-back no longer locked at any position. They fixed it within 24 hours, with only 1 hour of me waiting in their show-room. What's not to love? Nominal coffee, great biscotti.

Travis was a professional sales person. He let us test drive 2 different cars a week a part. Only followed up every few days. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and said they sell themselves when it comes to all wheel drive. Brian in finance and warranties was just as pleasant to deal with!! Brian listened to our travel needs and sold us the best package for us. Once again not pushing us for what we didn't need. I am in sales for my family business for over 25 years. "Warning!! Incompetent Dealer!! Stay Away!!"

Warning!! Incompetent Dealer! Stay away at all costs!! Poor Communication and Hostile Mechanic. Had my 2018 S3 for over 30 days on 4 separate occasions and they can not fix my car!! Absolute nightmare!! Visit 1: Car drops into neutral while driving sporadically with less than 10,000 miles. Brought to Audi of Nashua. They could not replicate problem. Basically were telling to take a hike since they didnt know what was wrong Visit 2: Traction control light came one. Car would pull to one side under hard load. Took drive with tech. Verified problem and fixed with new clutch pump. Immediately after taking the car back. I noticed vibration from the rear that was not there before. Decided to schedule another appt. Visit 3: Car dropping into neutral, rough shifting, vibration from rear from previous visit that did not exist before. They took 3 weeks with zero communication of updates from service advisor. Had to call and leave voicemail for updates as well as show in person as he did not answer phone calls. 3 weeks all they did was a software update which i cant image takes more than 1 hr tops!! They acknowledged the vibration from the rear but did nothing to fix it. Visit 4: Took in again to address vibration problems. Car was driving rough. Drove perfectly fine until 2nd visit. Rode with shop foreman. He was hostile and said the car was supposed to drive like this! Really?! I have the car since new. Don't BS me. Said they balanced the rear wheels. Guess what? Cars drives exactly the same!! Conclusion: They have no idea what they are doing. They are replacing pieces of the car that do not need to be fixed. Its not an electronic problem. Most likely mechanical. Car still has rough shifting, transmission issues? and now my biggest peeve a car that drives like crap from vibration. Not only could they not fix the original issue they created another issue while in their possession! I will be contacting Audi of America and making a formal complaint!

I bought a used Audi Q5 2015, 6 weeks ago. Beautiful car, gently used. After three weeks of owning it my husband decided to take it out for a spin. It was than he realized the fob would start the car, however would not open the hatch nor lock it. We thought it might be the battery and replaced it, but still did not work. We called Audi talked to a service advisor and confirmed the battery was installed properly. He said it sounded defective so we ordered a new one. When I went to pick up the fob and have it programmed I was charged 394.00. I didn’t think that was right.The service person said he would talk to the manager. They said once the car is delivered our extended warranty is looked at and it didn't cover fobs. Considering it was defective from the beginning I would think I should not have been charged. Don't I have the right to have two working fobs? The sale was fast and now I know why, beware and go over the vehicle with a fine tooth comb. They have definitely lost any future business from me

"Amazing Customer Service - Work to Get It Right Every Time"

Audi Nashua has been awesome to work with over 4 different Audi vehicles I have owned. They have been there for me every step of the way. From emergency appointments to scheduled maintenance and more they are my go to for Audi in the Greater Boston Area. They find problems I had no idea about, put everything under warranty if they can, and will work with you tirelessly to get things right. They will offer to have shop foreman drive with you to diagnose and reproduce problems, the service manager Danielle has no problem if you reach out to them, and they will price match tires from online sources. The loaners are always great, and they will give you a ride via Uber if you need a ride close by. Audi Nashua makes you feel like you are listened to, and you can actually schedule service a week ahead, versus going to some of the larger dealers closer to Boston where you might have to wait for 2 weeks for an oil change or even 3-4 weeks for a loaner vehicle. Hands down amazing work and I will continue to go to them as long as I am in the area and own Audi.
