What a really great experience with Audi Natick. I am from out-of-state and was here visiting family when an engine malfunction light came on. Linda was my service advisor. She was terrific. She treated me as if I had been her best customer for years. She stayed in touch with me and eventually explained to me what the problem was, what my options were, etc. Linda answered all of my questions and spent as much time with me as needed. I cannot recommend Audi Natick enough. Even though they all understood that I was a one-time customer, they were really great in everything that they did. Buy your next car from them or take your Audi to them for service. Just a really great customer service experience. More

Brought my car in because I was getting an error code whenever I’d accelerate hard. The dealer provided a loaner, but didn’t start diagnosing the problem until a day and a half after I dropped the car o whenever I’d accelerate hard. I wish I was told that it would take multiple days but was not kept informed. Had to return the loaner because the Audi Presense malfunctioned and almost got me rear ended. When I picked up the car, nothing was really explained to me. The tech made a video which was great, but when I asked if the tech that worked on my car was there, the service rep just said no and moved on. Not a great experience, but not horrible either. More
