The one piece of feedback I would give you is on the " Business Office" part of the transaction. On the day I purchased the car, the office was backed up - so I made an appointment to come back in. I was kept waiting 30 minutes and then a young man tried to sell me a number of warranties which i was totally unprepared for. if I had the information a head of time - I might have purchased some things. It was unrealistic to expect me to make decisions with such little time to consider. While I was there the printer ran out of ink - and everything just took a long time. It was not the kind of client service I would expect from Audi. More
