Very very poor car and service experience although I had great buying experience. My 2022 Audi Q5 had a "Drive System Malfunction" out of nowhere. I dropped my car at 9 am to the service and did not get great buying experience. My 2022 Audi Q5 had a "Drive System Malfunction" out of nowhere. I dropped my car at 9 am to the service and did not get an update about my car until 5pm in the evening and until I show up to the front desk. Service did not ask any questions about my concerns or the details about my problem and did not provide enough information about the problem afterwards. In the end, the message was: your car operates fine and come back again if this happens again. More
