I was able to seamlessly update an existing recall appointment for an older vehicle, and swap in my n and attention to detail during my recent visit. The service staff was then able to complete the requested fixes in a timely fashion, all while keeping me informed about progress and shipping status for the replacement parts. The loaner vehicles were in pristine condition and I greatly appreciated the convenience and flexibility they provided while my car was in the shop. Plus, everything was covered under warranty. Who can argue with that? More
