Great Customer Service I purchased a used Q5 at a small dealer and brought the car to Audi Natick for a recall to be fixed and to have something else looked at as well. Walk I purchased a used Q5 at a small dealer and brought the car to Audi Natick for a recall to be fixed and to have something else looked at as well. Walking in there someone acknowledged me right away, and my complimentary rental car was right there waiting for me. I received a call from the service rep letting me know there could be a charge before just letting the mechanic move forward with diagnosing a problem. I've had unknown charges in the past so this was huge for me! Then when I got back the mechanic took time to speak to me in person about what he was looking at. Overall great customer service and great experience. Natick isn't close to where I live but I'll make the drive for the great treatment! I can't express how refreshing it was to be treated right so thank you! More
