Very friendly and helpful. I traded my car virtually even up for a 2008 Audi. Never thought it could happen! I had an excellent experience with Bernardi Audi. My lease on my Range Rover Sport was coming to an end and I wanted to look at other cars before making a decision. Dan & Kevin worked beautifully as a team and were extremely knowledgable about the car and were able to walk me through in laymans terms why the Q5 was a perfect car for my present needs. I do alot of driving in my business and need a car that can handle all weather but has a luxury look and feel. The Q5 was a perfect fit and what impressed me most was that we didn't need to have the back and forth pricing game you often play when it comes to closing the sale. They gave me their best price first time around and did not put any pressure on me to sign on the dotted line during the first visit. I was able to test drive the other two vehicles I was looking at and then felt able to make an informed decision. I came back to Audi the next day and we closed the deal. They went way above and beyond to find me the exact interior and exterior colors I wanted as there was only one in the country. They were optimistic, positive and reassuring. They were able to find the exact car I wanted and Dan did an amazing job going over all of the bells and whistles of the car when I picked it up yesterday.
