I did extensive research on locating a used Audi A4 for my 16 yo daughter. After locating this dealership online I found one that checked all of my boxes and trust me there were a lot of boxes to check. Th my 16 yo daughter. I contacted the dealership to inquire about the vehicle and was put into contact with my salesman Yecid Tarazona. Yecid was able to answer all my questions about the vehicle including sending me a detailed full walk around of the car. One of my biggest fears was traveling 900 miles and the car was not as advertised. I was very happy to find out when I arrived at the dealership the car was spot on. Honestly I don’t think there is another 7 year old Audi that could have been any better looking and maintained than the one I purchased from them. Trust me I looked hard because a 900 mile rental car drive to Miami was never on my bucket list. I did have a small issue with the vehicle that’s honestly not even worth mentioning and that’s when I spoke with one of the managers Samir Ayoub. Samir immediately acknowledged my concern and made it right! My experience with this dealership was first class through the entire car purchasing process.
