- No indication of customer original complaint of excessive oil consumption - No condition, cause or correction stated or provided to customer, allowing them to offer resolution to non-existent issu excessive oil consumption - No condition, cause or correction stated or provided to customer, allowing them to offer resolution to non-existent issues and never correcting the original issue. - Overcharged / price gouged for parts over Manufacturer's Advertised Price - Purposely misdiagnosed the issue and drew up paperwork in effort to confuse the issue and overcharge - Provided video following diagnosis that is inconsistent with the services provided and charged for: Video provided in service recommendation never references 'oil mixing with coolant'; however, this is what was charged for. - Customer was charged for oil change that was promised to be 'free' following service that supposedly rectified issue of oil mixing with engine coolant. - Video provided by Audi does not reflect any 'excessive oil leak' as stated and as charged. - Unclear/non-provided warranty paperwork although verbal 1yr warranty on work was stated by Giovanni - Daniele Fox (GM) misstated on numerous occasions that issue has been resolved, while it has not, and referred customer to Corporate for resolution; however, the issue originated with Audi North Miami. - Audi introduced a new issue to the vehicle that they then proposed a $2600+ fix for, after fraudulently charging customer $4,883.93 for a separate fake issue that they did not properly diagnose, did not need to charge and did not actually perform properly. Original issue customer reported returned within 2 weeks, and Daniele Fox has washed his hands of the issue and is threatening customer with police when asked to rectify. - Audi erroneously removed engine cover, did not replace, and still has on-site and/or have destroyed in attempt to cover up the mistake; cameras will be subpoenaed accordingly. - Audi employee lied and indicated they do not offer loaner cars while car is in service, but instead offered an "uber" ride home; when customer insisted, a loaner was offered shortly thereafter. - On next visit, a different Audi employee yelled at customer after the Audi employee misunderstood that the car was being dropped off for service (camera will be subpoenaed accordingly, and other Audi employee was there to calm 1st employee down and will be called to act as witness to incident.) - On following visit, Giovanni asked "is there anything we can do?" after customer refused to pay additional $2600 for newly introduced issue. Customer requested Service Manager (someone arrived, posing as director) and was rudely dismissive in an attempt to treat the customer as ignorant, and explained what an engine mount is; when customer stated he understood what an engine mount is, service director got irritated, and immediately stated: "well I'm just trying offer you empathy, because that's all I can offer" (or something along those lines) - when customer requested corporate contact, the manager was only able to furnish their business card, which did not meet the request. - Customer contacted the e-mail service request for contact, to which the same manager responded smugly with "I believe I talked to you yesterday" but no offer to rectify the issue. - Company is colluding with one another to try and cover up the issues, of which there are many. They are attempting to intimidate customer into silence, while keeping the money, the engine cover, and taking no accountability for the shortcomings of their service. - Escalation will continue until a resolution is resolved.
