I have always felt odd about the interaction but let it go for a bit because I asked for so many explanations and was assured so many times that they were taking care of me. Through detailed research, I now understand I was charged $47,153 total for a lease that others received for $21,672. Stay clear in particular of Mujib and Frank. And either don't trust Sheik or know that he is not watching how his predatory team operates. What they specifically did so you can avoid their traps: - Pushing me for $15,000 cash down, insinuating that this would get me a better financing rate, without explaining how uncommonly and outrageously high this is for a lease. - Charged $68,435 for a car with approximately $64,000 MSRP (~$4,400 markup) saying this was because the tax incentives were ending so everyone was paying more. - Put me in ultra-low 7,500 miles/year lease despite knowing I drive daily for work and kids. - Told me over and over that they were making sure to get me the best deal possible. The numbers: - My effective monthly cost: $1,310 - Market rate for identical vehicle: $602 - My loss: $25,481 over 36 months I am filing complaints with CFPB, California DMV, and BBB. I'm sharing this review so other single parents and working families don't fall victim to these tactics. I understand now that I should not have trusted their answers, even when directly questioned, and done more of my own research. I hope my mistake will help you all out. I have documentation of all charges, signed lease agreement, and third-party validation of market rates. I'm willing to modify this review if Oakland Audi provides meaningful restitution including waiver of all lease-end fees and credit toward the excessive charges - but most importantly - commits to changing their predatory practices. Shortly after that conversation, the online price increased. No such conditions were disclosed in the listing, and other vehicles do not appear to have similar requirements. I asked to speak with a manager multiple times and never received a call back. Disappointing experience and not what I would expect from an Audi dealership. More

Very poor customer service, follow up and communication. It took so long to schedule an appointment. My emails and phone calls were ignored. Buyer beware for anyone buying from out of state. This dealer (Swickard brand dealers) are friendly at first, but once they take payment and you have an issue they simply DO NOT CARE. Had multiple problems with transportation of my purchased vehicle and the trade. Problems with missing components on the vehicle, problems with the vehicle condition not being 100% of their advertising and them deliberately hiding minor damage. Delays in their communication. Delays in my trade payoff being done on time, resulting in issues with my lender. The list goes on. They just simply do not care and will not do anything to help resolve. Even escalated to the owner principle and their "customer experience" inbox. All they said was that the GM would contact me to resolve but of course they never did, because, you guess it - THEY DO NOT CARE. It's almost like they go out of their way to make the buying experience miserable. Just avoid and buy at a quality dealership that's not scammy. More

It’s nerve wracking going to get your car repaired as a woman. Hos made me feel comfortable taking my car in. I needed my coolant flushed since I made a mistake taking it to a small shop.
