Negative experience overall. I went in to buy a used Volkswagen Jetta that they had listed. I called in before to make an appointment and was told that the car is available. Upon reaching I was intially told that they were waiting for the car keys from the customer who test drove (the car on the lot seemed like it had not be moved for sometime). We went to the car and I inspected the car from outside, I mentioned that I was interested in buying the car so we went ahead and got the paperwork done(Since I didn't do a test drive, I could return the car when I test drive it and find any issues).Since they didn't have the car keys, they decided to give me another car as the loaner. They didn't know by when will they receive the car keys, hence the loaner agreement didn't have an end date specified when I signed it. About two weeks passed an they still hadn't called me to confirm whether the car was available or not. One weekend all of a sudden I was getting multiple calls from the dealership saying that the car was available and I should come down as soon as possible. Upon asking for a day to come, the person on the phone mentioned that the loaner agreement was expiring and I should not be driving the car with an expired agreement (There was no end date on the agreement that I signed). While driving to the dealership to return the loaner and test drive my car, I was getting multiple calls from the dealership about the loaner car,since they had a potential customer for that car. Overall my experience with the dealership was a bad one, the only reason I ended up buying the car was the price. The sales agent and the manager have been pretty unresponsive/unreachable. I hope they serve their Audi customers better More
