The general manager was quick to solve the warranty refund and I received the check the next day. Thanks to Mr. James Samples as you saved the day once again. I recommend contacting him about any issue with the purchase whether its the car, the warranty, services instead of individual department. Looking forward to my next Audi purchase! More
Purchasing vehicle was a breeze. However, when it comes to refunding warranty money, they take forever to refund me. As of the time of this post, I still have not receive my Term Protection refund despite cancelling it like a month ago. I called the finance managers but they never, i mean never, pick up the phone. The general manager was quick to reply with text, but I still have not received the money, it was supposed to be more than $3,000 in refund. More
