Can buying a new car actually be enjoyable? Well yes! I was shocked at these reviews. My husband and I just purchased an Audi Q5 from Audi Omaha and had a great experience. I originally talked with Vladamir on the phone but ended up working with Carrie the day we arrived. She was very pleasant, extremely knowledgeable and a lot of fun. The whole staff in Omaha made us feel very welcome and we never felt any pressure to buy at any time. Even when it came time to pay for the vehicle and was presented with the warranty package the choice was completely up to us to take it or leave it. Of course you always want a little more for your trade-in but I think that's the case in every situation. I wouldn't hesitate to go back for my next automobile or recommend Audi Omaha to friends and family. More

Ron Brochu was a smug pushy salesman who seemed to care more about selling me anything vs what I wanted. When we found something that was essentially what I was looking for, he seemed to forget we were the customer and was blatantly rude to me. I would avoid this dealership at all costs. Do not go there if you are expecting a pleasant sales experience. In the dealerships defense... The sales manager, Scott Adrian, seems like a standup guy and attempted to salvage the relationship. Unfortunately Ron made such an impression that I'm afraid the rest of the dealership, including service, carries this smug attitude. More

I walked in to the Stan Olsen dealership for the first time and was met by Steve Walker. I was interested in looking at an A6. Steve asked how I used my car, what features I liked and why I was interest time and was met by Steve Walker. I was interested in looking at an A6. Steve asked how I used my car, what features I liked and why I was interested in an Audi A6. We didn’t even look at a car until Steve LISTENED to me first. That was probably the first time I had a salesman listen first and then show me a car. It was a very good experience at Audi. This is my first German car. It will be interesting to compare it with the Japanese cars I have had in the past. I swear that 4cy, A6 – 2.0 Triptonic AWD has more get-up and go than the 6cy Infiniti M35 I had. Steve did a great job of listening to what I wanted. He was well informed on the vehicle and all its features. Steve was responsive and communicated clearly. He didn’t rush, in fact, he spent as much time as I wanted in our discussions. That made me feel he was interested in ME and not just selling a car. The only difficulty I had in the car purchase was trying to figure out how to get a cup of coffee from that “new fangled” machine at the dealership. More
Having purchased a new Audi at this dealership many years ago and happily servicing it there since 2005, I'd been looking to trade for a new model. First I dealt with Steve Walker who quoted a ridiculously ago and happily servicing it there since 2005, I'd been looking to trade for a new model. First I dealt with Steve Walker who quoted a ridiculously low trade in value for my Audi - $2.5 to 3K. Fair enough, he was busy with another customer when I dropped in unannounced one day to look/drive, but no one else offered help. Follow up phone calls and email went unanswered. Next time I stopped in I learned Steve no longer works there so Ron Brochu showed me what was on the lot and arranged my test drive. I asked about a couple of vehicles I'd seen on their website and Ron told me they were sold - or maybe on the back lot - ? Since I was looking for some specific features, Ron said he would do a search and get back to me. Got a "call me" email from Ron about a week later but my return calls and email were never answered. And those specific vehicles I wanted to see are still on their website as current inventory! I REALLY wanted to buy a new Audi but, unfortunately, Stan Olsen is the only local dealer and they were very obviously not interested in selling to this Audi lover who wanted to be a repeat buyer and who had been a regular service customer for nine years. I found quite different treatment at other local dealerships and am happy with my new (not-an-Audi) car. Oh, and my old Audi - two dealers offered $5k trade-in but private sale brought several thousand more. More

Scott is a great listener, remembers the most random things and is always willing to discuss needs of the clients. For me this experience could have gone a direction I wasn't planning on when the Cloud (computer server) went down on a Sunday. I live in Lincoln so this had been a planned day for pick up. But instead of making the Cloud issue a huge deal, Scott worked some magic for me to still be able to turn over the old and drive away in the new. I then met Sean (who is awesome) later that week to finalize. Thanks guys for always being helpful...via phone, email or in person! kt More
